Continent Rouge (2014) – Avignon, Carcasonne

A production by noTours.org and Gigacircus. Continent Rouge, dispositif artistique immersif et sensoriel, cherche à traduire l’invisible, exprimé par le corps de danse: la relation spirituelle des Tarahumaras à leur environnement naturel, la forêt, depuis la profondeur des canyons, jusqu’au ciel.

 

Geosonic Mix (2014) – Louvain Le Neuve

A production by noTours.org for Julien Poidevin. Le projet Géosonic mix – Louvain la Neuve propose une immersion dans un paysage sonore en construction. Une architecture invisible faite de zones d’écoute se superpose à la topologie du site, des sons se déclenchent, se modulent lors du parcours en fonction de la localisation du promeneur/auditeur.

 

Serendipia (2012) – Gijón

A production by noTours.org for Helena Torres. Serendipia, narrativa sonora localizada en el cementerio de El Sucu de Gijón, es un relato de ficción basado en personajes reales que propone la resolución de un crimen acontecido en la misma ciudad a finales del siglo XIX.

 

A knocking bird (2013) – Sint-Niklaas

Luistervinken is een interactieve en artistieke geluidswandelling voor smartphones. Je wandelt vrij van en naar een vijftiental sleutellocaties. Bij het naderen van deze plekken wacht je een geluidsbad die de dagdagelijkse omgeving verrassend anders maakt.

 

Written in Water (2014) – Gosport

A production by noTours.org for Benjamin Mawson.
Ghosts and living voices merge; ancient industrial machinery become music; the town’s role in ending WW2 and its strange contemporary music scene compellingly revealed in immersive, ever-changing form. Across 230 acres, with 91 audio circles, Written in Water combines stories and found sounds with a vast original musical composition.

 

Sound Derive (2013) – Linz

Sound Derive is an artistic soundwalk for the surroundings of AFO Linz, a commission by the Klang und Architektur exhibition from July to October 2013.All compositions and recordings by Enrique Tomás. Writings by Tancred Hadwiger.

 

The non-Sounds of Schafhof (2012) – Schafhof

A production by noTours.org for Alejandra Bueno.
In this project all the sounds come from the landscape, but they are not as the usual sounds. It is the data of pictures taken from the landscape that were translated into sound, it is other view of the world which aims to see and transform everything into sound.
